Ingredients
- (1/2 Cup) Canola or Olive Oil
- (1/4 Cup) Worcestershire Sauce
- (1 Tbsp) Soy Sauce
- (1 Tbsp) Red Wine Vinegar
- (Couple Drops) Liquid Smoke
- (2 Tbsp) McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
- (1-2 Cups) Water
- (2) T-Bone
Directions
Mix oil, sauces, and seasoning in a 1 gallon Ziploc bag. Add the thawed steak to the marinade; turn multiple times to coat well.
Let sit out for 30 minutes or refrigerated for up to 4 hours. The longer the better, but don't marinate for more than a day or two and only refrigerated.
Turn up a gas grill to 450 degrees or get charcoal red hot.
Cook on a sizzling hot surface for 4 minutes, then turn and cook on high heat for 3 minutes. TURN heat to low and continue to let cook on LOW heat for 6-8 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Take steaks off the heat and "let rest" or cool for 10 minutes, DO NOT cut into them until they have rested. The steak will continue to cook and will lock in juices that are otherwise lost.
