When will my order be delivered?
We ship on Mondays & Tuesdays (excluding holidays). We'll send you a confirmation email once it's all packed up to let you know when to expect delivery. More shipping questions can be answered here.
When does my meat need to be in the freezer?
As soon as possible after delivery, at room temperature, the meat in the box won't begin to thaw for over an hour. Generally, you should get your meat into the freezer as soon as possible.
